My home studio (featured right) is a repository for everything I’ve found fascinating over the last 30 years. It’s a vertical history of my life: books that keep me curious, trays of paints, spray cans and tools, giant glass gemstones, vintage fabrics, reams of photos, tiny mirrors, letters from 7th grade. Boxes and boxes of beads I collect from the Gem and Mineral Show, that lands in Tucson every year like a giant, glistening spill.
My floor is a mosaic of mica schist and glitter that I designed to be Cosmic Chic. It keeps my feet cool in the Arizona heat.
Studio time is precious. I’m so lucky to have the space I always wanted, carved out my garage, a space I never wasted storing cars.
My Downtown studio (featured below) is a place for meeting with clients one-on-one and writing my Creative Catalyst programs. This clean space is perfect for two dimensional works and jewelry making.
